- All products offered for sale are priced in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered so no VAT will be charged. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We try to hold stocks of products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock. In this case we will inform you of delivery dates.
- We accept online payments through a secure environment via HSBC. Do not email card details as we cannot accept responsibility for card details misused in this way. We also accept cheques, made payable to Equipt UK, and goods will be despatched on clearance. Please allow time for your cheque to clear.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your product and wish to return it, you must contact us by phone to obtain an authorisation number. Providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods, and it is returned to us unused and not damaged, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. We do not give refunds for items returned after 14 days or on items that are returned damaged. Return postage and proof of postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Goods are despatched by the most economical method. Carriage charges are fixed at the time of ordering.
- Every care has been taken to make sure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes.
